FEES
A monthly flat fee is charged and is based on existing location volume, geographical market and the competition within the surrounding area. If applicable, utility charges such as electric will be added to the flat fee.
PERMITS & LICENSES
It is beneficial to do some preliminary work before you begin the application process. Check with your location municipalities / regulatory agencies to confirm what the requirements are and discover any potential problems (i.e., food service not allowed, carts allowed but no trailers, etc.).
The following list constitutes some of the licenses and permits that may be necessary:
- Business License
- City/County License
- Health Department Inspection
- Health Department Permit
- Business Owner Information.
